If you have a PPO, in network EPO, or Medicare insurance, you do NOT need a referral. 1. The first step is completing the documents for registration and the medical history, as well as vein symptoms intake sheet (you may find these printable at the Patient Info link)<\/p>

2. Then our medical assistant will assess your vitals in your assigned exam room.\u00a0<\/p>

3. Out clinician will conduct an interview and an Ultrasound guided vein assessment in order to propose an appropriate treatment plan.<\/p>

4. When needed**,** compression stockings are ordered and follow up visits are scheduled at your convenience.<\/p>

We have a small supply of 20-30 mmHg thigh high compression stockings, if your size is not available and insurance is to be used, we send a prescription to one of our trusted local pharmacies. They will measure you in order to find the right fit. Please note, in some cases they need to special order these and may delay availability. We recommend to stay in touch with the pharmacy to ensure they are dispensed.<\/p>

Yes, we assess your veins on the initial visit. If appropriate, we offer liquid and foam options for aesthetic purposes. Due to not qualifying as a medical problem, insurances do not cover this as initial treatment. Symptoms of severe allergy with anaphylaxis: shortness of breath, swelling of face, mouth, throat. <\/p>\n
